A9 EMS Waist Massager: Buyer Specification Sheet

A version-specific comparison of A9 EMS modes, intensity, controls, possible heat options, belt fit, charging and pack contents for wholesale buyers.

Meilan Tech supplies massage devices and supports OEM, ODM and private-label projects for B2B buyers. Our articles share practical guidance on product selection, customization, samples, packaging and documentation.

Buyer reviewing a waist belt sample at a table before placing an A9 order

The A9 is best compared through a version-specific sheet rather than a single list of promotional features. Meilan’s current A9 product page identifies EMS pulse, six modes and three intensity levels. A buyer should then record what the quoted sample actually does, how its display and controls work, what fits in the pack, and which documents support any additional claim.

1. Start with one quoted configuration

Before comparing A9 with another waist belt, put the model, belt revision, colour, control version, target market, package and intended order quantity on one line. The comparison must refer to the same physical configuration throughout. A photograph can establish where a display or fastener sits; it cannot settle the operating sequence, electrical ratings or contents of the quoted carton.

This matters especially when presentations and current product listings differ. A supplier presentation may show a wider menu of massage descriptions, heat or charging figures, while the current A9 product page confirms a narrower set of functions. Ask for the manual and specification sheet tied to the sample and quotation before using any extra value in a listing. If a feature is offered only on another version, give that version its own comparison column and price.

2. Separate pulse modes from intensity

The published A9 listing states EMS pulse, six modes and three intensity levels. A mode changes the programmed pulse pattern; an intensity setting changes the selected level within a pattern. Counting six modes does not imply six output strengths, and three levels do not describe pulse frequency, waveform, duty cycle or electrode output. Those engineering values need a version-specific technical document if the buying brief requires them.

For a sample demonstration, have the operator start at the default state, step through every mode, change intensity in each mode and power the unit off. Film the control action and display in the same continuous shot. Note whether changing modes retains or resets intensity, whether the belt signals a change and what happens when contact is interrupted. This produces a usable training sequence and reveals whether the instructions, display and actual behaviour agree.

3. Treat heating as a separate quotation field

The current A9 page does not establish a heating function or temperature range. If a proposed A9 configuration includes heating, request its exact model suffix, heating area, selectable levels, control sequence and temperature-test record before placing it beside the EMS specification. A listed temperature may mean a setpoint, a surface measurement or a reading at a specified test location; those are different claims.

In the comparison sheet, leave heat status and degrees blank until the quoted version is identified. If heat is excluded, write “not included in this quoted configuration” so the packaging team does not carry a claim over from a different presentation. For a broader distinction between these functions, see our pulse and heat configuration guide.

4. Map controls, display and power to a buyer test

Photographs show a round display on the belt and a small port, but do not identify every icon or the connector standard. Ask for a control map with each button press, long press, displayed state and exit action. Test the map with the quoted sample while the belt is worn in the intended position: buyers need to know whether a customer can reach the controls and read the status without removing it.

Keep power information in separate fields: rated input, connector type, cable supplied, battery capacity, charging time and runtime under a named mode and intensity. A visible port is not proof of USB-C, and “battery life” without a test condition is too vague for channel copy. If charging while worn or operating is restricted, the manual should state that clearly. Record the exact wording rather than inferring a safe procedure from the connector photograph.

5. Check the belt and contact layout as part of the specification

The open A9 photographs show a flexible belt with fastening patches at both ends; a reverse-side photograph shows the contact area. Use those views to agree which surface touches the wearer and where the belt overlaps. Then measure the flat length, usable closure span and smallest and largest fitted circumference on the actual sample. The product page does not publish a supported waist range, so neither the photograph nor another model’s dimensions can supply one.

Inspect whether the contact area stays in the intended position as the wearer sits, stands and walks a short distance. Record clothing layer, wearer circumference and the result at both ends of the proposed fit range. Material wording should also match the offered belt and contact parts; the current page lists ABS and silicone but a material breakdown for the exact order should identify which component uses each material. Our waist belt sizing guide gives the repeatable measurement sequence.

Use the contact-side view to identify which surfaces need material and cleaning instructions for the quoted version.

6. Make accessories and retail claims part of the comparison

Ask the supplier to photograph the contents of one sealed sample carton beside its packing list: belt, charging cable, manual, warranty or instruction card, any controller, and the carton or insert. Record included quantity for each item, not just a photograph. A remote control, adapter, extension strap or gift pack belongs in the base price only when the quotation says so. This prevents a brand team from designing a listing around an optional accessory.

Keep functional facts separate from therapeutic promises. “Six modes” can be checked against the product page and sample; a claim about pain relief, muscle rehabilitation or body shaping needs its own evidence and market review. The U.S. FDA’s explanation of electronic muscle stimulators illustrates why EMS marketing and use instructions deserve careful review for the intended market. That general guidance does not establish approval, safety or clinical results for A9.

7. Use one sheet to approve the sample and request a quote

A comparison sheet is useful only if it distinguishes published information from the offered configuration and the sample result. Use a separate column for any alternative A9 version; do not average two versions into one specification.

For an A9 quotation, send your target market, sales channel, planned order quantity, required fit range, packaging format and any requested heat or control option. Ask Meilan for one version-matched specification sheet, manual, sample demonstration and itemised pack list. Compare those records with the waist massager range, then request an A9 sample and quotation for the configuration you intend to sell.

Buyer FAQ

Does A9 have six intensity levels?

No. The current A9 page lists six modes and three intensity levels. Check the sample’s control sequence before writing channel copy.

Can heating be included in an A9 quote?

Ask Meilan to identify the exact version and provide a heat function sheet and test record. Do not assign a temperature to the currently listed A9 configuration without that match.

Does the round display prove a particular charging port?

No. A display and a visible port do not identify the connector standard or rated input. Use the version-specific manual and sample.

Can the A9 photograph establish a waist-size range?

No. Measure closure overlap and fitted circumference on the quoted belt, then approve a range that the sample supports.

Should a remote control be shown in the listing?

Only when the quoted pack list includes one and the sample demonstrates the matching control behaviour. Otherwise treat it as an option to clarify.

What is the minimum useful RFQ package?

Send the target market, order volume, desired functions, fit range and packaging brief; request the corresponding model sheet, manual, sample video, material breakdown and itemised pack list.
