Not yet. No Meilan model currently holds an EAC certificate or declaration. We plan the EAC documents for each ordered model with your importer and an accredited certification body before shipment.
Which EAC regulations apply to a USB-powered massager?
Usually TR CU 020/2011 for electromagnetic compatibility and TR EAEU 037/2016 for restricted substances. TR CU 004/2011 does not cover the 5V massager itself, but an included mains adapter needs 004 and 020 certification.
Can your EU test reports be used for EAC?
Only as a reference. The EN 55014 EMC and EU RoHS files belong to named models such as F50; an EAEU certification body decides whether to review them when it plans EAC testing.
Do Bluetooth models need extra approval for Russia?
Bluetooth devices at 2.4 GHz and up to 100 mW are exempt from the EAEU radio import licence. Whether an FSB notification is needed depends on the customs code, which your importer or broker confirms.
Can you ship massagers to Russia by express courier?
It depends on the carrier. DHL has suspended import services into Russia, so we name the carrier and route for your consignment in the quotation.
How are payment terms agreed for Russian orders?
Per order, before production. Bank compliance checks can affect cross-border payments for Russian orders, so the payment route and terms are confirmed in the quotation.
