Choosing a product
What product categories can I source?

How do I choose between neck massager models?
Compare the massage mechanism, controls, battery, materials and timer on the individual product pages. Then review a sample of the exact version you intend to order.
Do I have to choose a model before contacting you?
No. Share the intended use, market and any preferences in the project brief. You can enter a model, SKU or product link, or leave the field empty to request a recommendation.
Private label & development
What should I prepare for private labeling?
Bring the selected model, logo artwork, preferred placement, packaging ideas and instruction languages. Options and availability are reviewed for that model and confirmed in the agreed specification.
When should I use OEM/ODM instead?
Use the OEM/ODM discussion when the brief includes a different function, material, product structure or deeper engineering work. A logo or retail-box brief can begin with the existing-model private-label service.
Can you review my drawings or sample?

Does one certificate cover every model?
No. Check the model, applicant, scope, standards and configuration stated in each original file. The library keeps certificates, test reports, patents and inspection reports as separate document types.
Where can I find the original files?
Open the document library or the links on a matching product page. Document detail pages provide the available original file and explain what that specific document records.
Does a patent prove product compliance?
A patent records a design or technical right. It does not establish product safety or destination-market compliance. Review the appropriate test or compliance documents separately.
