Corporate Wellness Gift RFQs: Information Suppliers Need for Neck Massager OEM Projects
A corporate wellness gift request is more than a neck massager quantity and a target price. A supplier needs to know what each recipient should receive, where the goods must arrive, which branding has to be approved, and when the finished order is needed. Leaving these details out can produce quotations that look comparable but cover different work.
Use this RFQ framework to define the project before asking for a firm proposal. It is a request template, not a promise that every gift, packaging, or delivery option is available for every model.
Define the Recipient and Delivery Plan
State who will receive the gift and how it will be distributed: one central warehouse, several offices, an event venue, or individual recipients. Give the destination country and a quantity range. If the project has several locations, list the expected split by location and say whether each shipment needs a different label or packing list.
Use a required delivery date, not only a launch month. Tell the supplier whether that date means arrival at your warehouse, arrival at an event, or handoff to a fulfillment partner. Ask for separate confirmation of production and transit assumptions instead of treating an estimated shipping date as a delivery commitment.
Lock the Device and the Gift Contents
Identify a candidate device and the exact kit you want quoted. Meilan’s F11 product page can serve as a model reference, but its public images do not define a corporate gift package. Specify the device version, color, charging items, remote or other accessories, English instructions, and any insert card. Ask the supplier to mark each item as included, optional, or unavailable.

F11 is a candidate product reference. Confirm the quoted version and retail contents in writing.
Ask whether the proposal covers one ready-to-give unit per recipient or bulk cartons requiring your own repacking. These are different scopes with different handling and approval steps.
Separate Branding From Packaging Approval
Send the logo in an editable vector format, with color references and the surfaces you want reviewed. Identify whether the request concerns the device, retail box, greeting card, outer carton, or several of these. Ask the supplier to confirm the feasible application method and any artwork limits for the selected model; do not assume a logo can go on every surface.
Request a proof with a version number, then name the person who may approve it. Review the English wording, product identity, ratings, and warnings on the actual packaging layout before sign-off. Meilan’s OEM/ODM page describes branding and packaging file review as part of a project discussion, with requirements confirmed by version.

Existing F50 packaging illustrates fields to review. It is not a proposed F11 gift box or an approved US artwork file.
Ask for a Response You Can Compare
| RFQ item | Supplier response requested |
|---|---|
| Product | Model, revision, sample, color, and complete packing list |
| Branding | Feasible surfaces, method, proof process, and approval owner |
| Packaging | Box and insert scope, artwork files, and packed dimensions |
| Delivery | Destination split, carton labeling, milestones, and delivery assumptions |
| Commercial terms | Quantity basis, itemized charges, and items not included |
Keep unanswered items visible. A quote should identify what is included, what needs a sample or artwork approval, and what requires a separate feasibility check. Work backward from your delivery date to allow time for these decisions without inventing a universal production lead time.
