Y9 Eye Massager: Building a Display-Based Demo Checklist

A useful Y9 retail demonstration should show what a person presses, what appears on the display and what the unit actually does in one continuous sequence. For a wholesale buyer, this creates a checkable record for training images and product copy. Start with the exact quoted sample and its matching instructions; label only the states and responses the recording can support.

Fix the version and recording setup before filming

The Meilan Y9 product page describes a built-in LCD that shows working status, along with massage modes, Bluetooth music and voice broadcast. These descriptions help define the demonstration plan. The page does not provide a full, version-specific map of every screen symbol to a control and physical response.

Put the sample ID, configuration, manual revision, quotation reference and filming date in the first frame. Use one camera angle that shows the display and the operator’s finger, with a second close view if the button is hidden. Keep the unit and lighting fixed. Capture the screen before each press, during the change and after the response settles; retain the original continuous video as the master record.

Film one repeatable route through the controls

Follow the supplied instructions for the quoted unit. Start from power-off, power on, move through each available mode, test each documented feature control, then stop or power off. Repeat a state when the display is obscured or the physical response is uncertain. Do not create a training label from a still photo alone.

0 Unit identityLabel, buttons, display off and the matching manual cover.Sample ID, configuration and document revision.
1 StartFinger on the power control, first visible state and any prompt.Press type; exact screen image; observed start response.
2 Mode changeOne uninterrupted pass through the documented mode sequence. Each press, screen change, prompt and observable action; time stamp.
3 Feature changeEach separately documented control, one at a time.State before and after; whether the stated action starts, changes or stops.
4 End and repeatDocumented stop or power-off action; repeat any disputed step.Final display state, physical response and reproducibility.

Turn the recording into a retail training graphic

For each approved frame, place three views in reading order: the control touched, the screen state and the observed result. Add the video time stamp and a short instruction in the language intended for the retail team. Use the same sample ID on the graphic and its evidence sheet. A proposed caption such as “press to change mode” remains provisional until the filmed action and matching manual agree.

Mark any unclear icon, delayed transition or conflicting voice prompt for correction. If the display has a state that cannot be reproduced, leave it out of the retail graphic and ask for a version-specific demonstration. The graphic should teach an actual sequence; it should not imply that a visible icon proves a feature is running unless the sample response confirms it.

Approval checklist for the buyer

Approve the training set only when the quoted Y9 version, manual and footage match; every frame has a time stamp; each described button action produces the recorded screen state and observable result; disputed states have been resolved; and the final artwork uses the same terms as the approved instructions. Keep the original footage and close photographs of the strap and face-contact area with the sample record so the retail team can identify the demonstrated configuration.

Compare other models in the eye massager collection. To request the exact Y9 version, matching instructions and an operating demonstration, send the intended market and training language through the Meilan contact page.

Buyer questions

Can the website image serve as the training diagram?

Use it for product identification. A training diagram needs a filmed, version-matched sequence that connects a button press to the screen and observed response.

How many frames should the demonstration contain?

Use as many as the approved control sequence requires. Include identity, startup, each distinct change and the ending state; do not set a fixed frame count across versions.

What if the screen and voice prompt differ?

Keep the time stamp, record both states and ask which behavior the ordered version is meant to show before finalizing a caption.

Can a lit symbol prove that heating or air pressure is active?

The symbol alone cannot establish the physical response. Compare the display with the observed sample action and the matching instructions.

What should retail staff receive?

Provide the approved three-view graphic, concise step text, the applicable manual version and a link or reference to the master recording.
