Y103 Eye Massager: What to Include in a Model-Specific RFQ

A useful Y103 eye massager RFQ identifies the version a buyer wants, the items that must ship with it and the market where it will be sold. Ask for a current specification, matching operating instructions and a sample demonstration against that same configuration. This makes prices, packaging and buyer claims comparable before a purchase decision.

Name the configuration before asking for a price

The Meilan Y103 product page presents a Bluetooth eye massager with massage modes and voice prompts. Use the listing to identify a candidate, then ask sales to confirm the current sellable configuration in writing. A model name or a product photograph cannot settle which controls, functions or accessories are included in a particular quotation.

State the target SKU or version if known. Otherwise describe the required user controls and functions without assuming that every Y103 variation shares the same layout. Request the specification revision, product label or sample ID, manual language and the date of the quotation on one response sheet. Ask the supplier to mark each requested feature as included, optional or unavailable.

Specify the commercial and market inputs

A quote is useful only when the buyer gives a common basis. Provide destination country, sales channel, intended quantity, preferred order window, target packaging format, required languages and any private-label artwork. State which market documents or tests the buyer needs reviewed; ask for their exact scope and version rather than assuming a certificate covers every market or configuration.

For a gift program, distinguish the retail pack from any presentation sleeve or gift insert. List the items that must be in the priced pack and ask for a separate price for each optional addition. This prevents a price for a basic carton from being compared with a price for a complete gift set.

Request a matched evidence pack

Ask for the current Y103 specification, the instructions that will accompany the quoted product and a continuous operating demonstration of that version. Request front, back, strap and face-contact photographs with a sample ID, plus an open-pack photograph showing every included item. A supplied image can confirm appearance; it does not by itself establish material, function, test result or pack inclusion.

Compare the supplier’s response with the proposed retail claims. If a feature appears in a product listing but is absent from the quoted specification or demonstration, leave it out of the buyer’s final copy until the offered version is confirmed. If packaging or accessories change after sample approval, request an updated bill of materials and a new packed-unit photo before approving artwork.

Decision checklist before comparing offers

The RFQ is ready for comparison when each supplier has priced the same configuration and quantity; the version and current specification are identified; required functions have a matching demonstration and instructions; packaging and in-box items are itemized; the destination-market document scope is stated; and commercial terms use the same delivery basis. Keep unresolved items in the response sheet rather than treating a blank field as included.

Use the eye massager collection to compare the wider range. Send the completed Y103 RFQ and any required sample reference through the Meilan contact page to request a version-matched response.

Buyer questions

Is “Y103” enough to request a comparable quote?

No. Add the required configuration, pack contents, quantity, destination market and delivery basis so each offer covers the same scope.

Should a buyer specify a remote control?

Specify the intended control method and ask the supplier to confirm whether it is included in the quoted version and pack. Do not infer inclusion from a separate image or document.

What should accompany a Y103 specification?

Request the matching operating instructions, a demonstration of the quoted sample, and labeled photographs of the strap, contact area and packed contents.

How should optional accessories be priced?

Ask for an itemized base pack and separate prices for each optional pouch, cable, insert or other addition.

Can a market certificate be assumed to cover the order?

Check its model, version, test scope, issuer and date against the offered product and destination-market requirements before relying on it.
