Protecting Eye Massager Samples During Shipment

Protect an eye massager sample by matching the pack to the exact device configuration and recording what it holds in place. Inspect any approved fold position, display or control window, face-contact surface and loose accessories before dispatch and again on arrival. A neat box or an intact first delivery shows the condition of that sample; it does not establish that the packaging has passed a defined transport test.

Start with the quoted sample and its packed state

Identify the model, version, sample ID and intended review purpose before choosing an insert. Confirm from the matching manual or operating demonstration whether the unit folds and which position is intended for storage. If it does not fold, mark that check as not applicable. Photograph the approved packed orientation so a buyer can see where the shell, strap and any moving parts sit without forcing a fold or pressing a control.

Use the itemized sample packing list to decide which cable, pouch, card or adapter, if any, travels with the unit. A product photo or retail gift box cannot establish the contents of a particular sample shipment. Record each item and where it is secured; do not leave a hard accessory free to rub against the display or contact area.

Check four contact points in the pack

AreaBefore dispatchOn arrival
Fold or joint, if applicableShow the documented storage position, clearance around the joint and how the insert holds the unit without forcing it.Compare fold/joint alignment with dispatch photos; record any resistance, shift or visible damage before operation.
Display or control windowUse a clean, nonabrasive separation suited to the finish; show that insert pressure and loose items do not rest on the window.Inspect the window under normal light for marks, cracks or film movement; document the condition before removing any approved film.
Face-contact surface and strapPhotograph clean contact areas; check that the liner or insert does not compress, crease or soil them and that the strap is contained.Compare surface shape and cleanliness with pre-ship photos; record deformation, staining or displaced strap.
Accessories and papersCount the quoted items and secure them in a separate compartment or holder so they cannot move against the device.Reconcile quantity and condition with the packing list; retain photos of missing or shifted items.

Keep the box, insert and records aligned

The inner holder should limit movement in the packed orientation while allowing the buyer to remove the sample without pulling on the strap or contact pad. Check that a lid, sleeve or shipping carton does not bear directly on a display, button or fold point. Photograph the open pack, closed pack and outer carton label with the same sample ID. Record any protective film or sleeve as a packing item so the recipient knows what may be removed for evaluation.

At receipt, document the outer carton before opening, then photograph the unit in the insert and after removal. Compare the observations with the dispatch record and carry out only the functional checks in the matching instructions. If a screen, joint, contact surface or accessory differs, pause acceptance and report the evidence to the supplier. A successful visual check is not a drop, vibration or compression test result; request the test method, sample configuration and report if the program requires transport qualification.

Choose the right model file for the packing review

The Meilan eye massager collection can start a sample shortlist. The Y8 product page and Y9 product page show model candidates with different visible interfaces. Ask for the quoted version’s specification, current operating demonstration, display/control photographs where relevant, and close strap/contact views. Set the insert and accessory layout from that version’s packed sample, not from another model’s presentation image.

Shipment approval checklist

1. The model, version, sample ID and packing list agree.

2. The approved folded or unfolded position is photographed and the joint is not forced.

3. The display/control window and face-contact surfaces are separated from hard accessories and insert pressure.

4. Each quoted accessory and document has a counted, fixed location.

5. Dispatch and arrival photographs cover the outer carton, open pack and device condition.

6. Any transport-test claim is supported by a report for the relevant configuration and method.

Buyer questions

Does an intact sample delivery prove the pack is transport-tested?

No. It records one shipment’s arrival condition; a test claim needs its method, configuration and result.

Should every eye massager be folded for shipping?

Only use the position documented for the quoted version; mark the fold check not applicable if the unit does not fold.

Can a cable sit beside the display?

Secure it so it cannot move against the display or contact surface, then confirm its location in the packed-sample photo.

What should the buyer photograph on receipt?

Start with the outer carton and label, then the unopened arrangement, device surfaces and counted accessories.

What if the contact pad looks compressed?

Record it beside the dispatch image and pause sample acceptance until the supplier reviews the packing and product condition.

Send the model, destination, sample configuration and required transport checks through the Meilan contact page to request a version-matched packed sample and supporting records.
