Amazon FBA Preparation for Massager Buyers
FBA involves 5 stages: eligibility, evidence, unit preparation, inbound routing and receiving reconciliation.
More context
Factory-ready goods and FBA-received stock are 2 different milestones. Supplier barcode application does not guarantee listing or shipment acceptance; the actual marketplace, product, seller account and current shipment plan determine the requirements.

Does supplier labeling guarantee Amazon FBA acceptance?
Supplier labeling does not guarantee FBA acceptance. Listing eligibility, product evidence, unit preparation, shipment routing and receiving reconciliation are five different parts of the process. Amazon's requirements depend on the marketplace, item and current Seller Central instructions. A similar existing listing does not establish approval for a different model or seller account. Battery information can also affect the review. The product's factory, its seller and Amazon have different responsibilities. A factory willing to apply a barcode is therefore not promising that the listing or shipment will be accepted. For an Amazon seller, the useful conclusion is that a saleable factory unit and accepted FBA inventory are different commercial milestones.
Why can FBA costs differ from the factory price?
FBA preparation and operation involve costs beyond the bare product. Retail preparation, inbound transport, marketplace handling and storage can all change the business case. A wrong identifier, mismatched carton contents or routing error can create additional corrections or stranded inventory. The actual shipment plan determines the receiving instructions; an old warehouse address or previous carton label is not a reusable approval. Product variation also matters because the listed configuration, packed set and submitted documents must describe the same goods. This is particularly important when a logo-only project expands into a different accessory or battery configuration. Packed dimensions also affect the seller's business case because preparation, inbound movement and storage concern the finished retail unit.
